About Me

A few years ago, I was drowning.
Not in water, but in addictions—alcohol, sugar, processed foods, and fast food. I was depressed, isolated, and losing hope.

Life can be heavy. Sometimes the pain piles up until you feel like you can’t breathe. For me, that pain led me into destructive habits. I tried to numb what I was feeling, but it only made the darkness grow deeper.

One day, in sheer desperation, I cried out to God. And He answered. Not with instant fireworks, but with gentle, steady steps forward.

Days turned into weeks—I started exercising.
Weeks into months—I quit drinking.
Months into years—I found a new rhythm of life, rededicated my heart to God, and made new commitments that changed everything.

No more processed foods.
No more sugar.
No more alcohol.
No more refined grains.

Instead, a steady spiritual diet of God’s Word—and a physical diet of whole foods, grass-fed meats, and yes… some really good coffee.

For me, the keto lifestyle has been a tool to honor the body God gave me. But my real “why” is this: I know what it feels like to be broken, addicted, unseen, and unloved. And I also know what it feels like to be rescued, step by step, by the love of God.

That’s why I share my journey. Not for pity, but for hope. Because life is hard, the battles are real, and too many people feel invisible in their pain. I want you to know—you are not alone. There is hope. There is healing. And there is love.

If He could rescue me, He can rescue anyone.
And if my story can help even one person feel seen, known, and loved—then it’s worth telling.
